When Netflix triumphantly announced that Dave Chappelle had signed on to premiere three comedy specials on the streaming service, people were elated (including this writer).

The trailer, which doesn't reveal too much, features a voiceover of Chappelle alluding to numerous topics he will no doubt cover in his special - including OJ Simpson. In the last couple of months, the company has inked deals with a number of high-profile performers such as Dave Chappelle, Louis CK, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, and Amy Schumer.
