Tim Tebow has been worth the price of admission so far for the Columbia Fireflies.

Tebow entered Sunday hitting.200/200/.500 with four strikeouts in 10 plate appearances. Period. Tebow is not preventing some future star from staying in the Mets organization. And the former National Football League quarterback added to his highlight reel with another blast Sunday.

The Fireflies (4-0) averaged 6,501 fans per game in their season-opening series at Spirit Communications Park after averaging 3,785 fans for 69 home games last season.
