Rugby league-NZ's Bromwich, Proctor dumped from World Cup selection

Speaking to media today, Kiwis coach David Kidwell announced that the pair have been deemed ineligible for selection for global rugby league's showpiece event, scheduled to take place from October 27 to December 2 later this year.

The duo still face a NRL investigation, while Proctor also faces disciplinary action from the Gold Coast Titans.
