We first heard about Edge Sense feature back in September previous year, although it was named Sense Touch then.

The Edge Sense feature will allow you to control a number of customizable actions with gestures that you perform on the phone's metal frame (instead of the screen). On top of all of that, you can also set up the squeeze force level based on your preferences.

Taking a quick look at the HTC U 11, it is, by all means, a flagship device.

Back in April, Evan Blass, a trustworthy leaker, announced that neither rumor is correct. The specs have also leaked. This information reportedly arrived from an individual briefed on the company's plans. This is the company's first device to be equipped with the Snapdragon 835 SoC. Internal storage is pegged at 64 GB.

Another leak tips the HTC U 11 will go on sale soon after its big reveal.

When it comes to design, the smartphone looks pretty similar to the HTC U Ultra.

Smartphone camera aficionados will be pleased to hear that the 12MP UltraPixel 3 features a F/1.7 aperture as well as a 1.4μm pixel size.

But alas, the pursuit of the #BrilliantU does not wait for anyone and the HTC U11 - what we'll likely see at this upcoming event - will get around to you one way or another.

The Taiwanese smartphone giant is holding a live event on Tuesday where the new flagship device is expected to be revealed.

Its touch-sensitive frame can also perform additional functions including scrolling, shutter button for camera, switch between apps and many more.
