At Least Three Dead, Students Wounded After Shooting At California School

Police killed the gunman who, according to a local NBC affiliate, shot and killed his neighbor before the shooting at Rancho Tehama school. The alleged shooter has also been killed by police.

The shooter is understood to have been killed by law enforcement authorities.

Enloe Medical Center said it had four patients from the shooting - one adult and three children.

One child was shot and wounded at the school.

The Tehama County Sheriff's Department told the Los Angeles Times there were at least five separate crime scenes and the department was now trying to assess the number of casualties.
