Read a "script" for the Deadpool animated series written by Donald Glover

If you've spent the last week in a cave - or hanging out somewhere with a rhino - Glover's Deadpool is referencing the #WhoBitBeyonce debate that began when Tiffany Haddish told GQ she saw an actress bite Beyonce at a party in December.

At one point in the episode, Deadpool sits down next to the rhino and has an entire conversation about how the show was "canceled" after just one season.

Deadpool-as-Glover's mouthpiece also acknowledges: "I just wanted a place to be honest". And the references were pretty black too. maybe we were alienating our white audience. It's most likely a veiled way of telling us what went wrong with the whole thing.

"I don't know why I'm here either", Deadpool says to Sudan early in the journey.

Glover and his brother created one of the most popular shows in FX's history (Atlanta), which is now in its second season.

The script continues with Zachariah announcing himself as a poacher, betraying Deadpool, and the pair get in a shootout that ends with Deadpool shooting Zachariah directly between the eyes, killing him.

Donald Glover certainly has a lot on his plate, but now some weight has been lifted as he and FX have chose to part ways from the planned Deadpool animated TV series that he and his brother were set to write and executive produce. The project, a Marvel animated series of the popular character "Deadpool", was supposed to be executive produced by Mr. Glover and his brother, Stephen. Doesn't Marvel have enough feel-good minority shows everyone supports but doesn't watch? We can't imagine why FX and Marvel wouldn't have greenlit this.

The 34-year-old's take down comes after press reports that his packed schedule was the reason FX pulled out of the project.

Now, Glover has posted a script for the would-be series on his Twitter account. This is probably going to be one of those glorious ideas that never sees the light of day.

Mr. Glover's tweet thread was a remarkable way to shed a light upon industry drama that does not often reach social media, a public statement in the form of a puzzle in the form of a script that both confounded and intrigued his fans.
