Apparently, Real Madrid has accepted Juventus' offer too.

Spanish TV show El Chiringuito de Jugones reported that Real Madrid is set to accept a $116 million offer for the five-time Ballon d'Or victor. He moved to Manchester United in 2003 before signing on with Madrid in 2009.

It's added that while Ronaldo's current release clause at the Santiago Bernabeu is €1 billion, the Italian champions believe they could secure the signing of the Portuguese forward for around €100 million (£88 million).

La Sexta's Josep Pedrerol is the journalist claiming a four-year deal is already in place for the former Manchester United winger to move to Italy, where Pedrerol claims the player will earn €30 million a year.

In Portugal meanwhile, A Bola reports Ronaldo has told friends a move to Juve is now a very real option.
