Brie Larson Takes Flight in New 'Captain Marvel' Trailer

But, Captain Marvel made something clear at the end of the trailer despite her past flashbacks and conflict with extraterrestrial beings.

Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, looks badass in the new CAPTAIN MARVEL trailer 2 from Marvel Studios! Though much of the movie still remains a mystery, we've picked up more clues about Captain Marvel's plot and its hero, played by Brie Larson.

"Would you like to know what you really are?" that's a query that Danvers still has to answer, in the upcoming productions by the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The helmet! And I'll be damned if they didn't pull off easily the most hard part of Captain Marvel's costume damn well.

We also get a glimpse of Jude Law, who is either playing the original Captain Marvel, Mar-Vell, or Yon-Rogg, a Kree military commander, or just a regular old Starforce Commander.

Trump Administration Asks Supreme Court to Fast-Track Transgender Military Ban
Mr Francisco said the military had been forced to continue its prior policy while the courts sorted out the matter. It is requesting that the top court review lower court rulings blocking a military ban on transgender people.

Thanks to digital special effects, Fury actor Samuel L. Jackson is present as a younger version of himself too. There are a couple of downsides, but mostly it feels like Marvel are holding back on this one, and that means we're left with a lot of questions. Carol's attempt to recover her memories as an Air Force pilot may uncover a secret both the Skrulls and the Kree want to remain hidden, even if Talos appears to offer it to her during one moment in the trailer.

Luckily, according to MCU boss Kevin Feige, she's 'the strongest character we've had yet', so if anyone's going to sort it, she will.

Captain Marvel opens March 8, 2019. The film also stars Ben Mendelsohn, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Annette Bening and Clark Gregg. Trailer #2 has finally landed it's finally giving some space action worthy of a Kree noble warrior hero.

Good trailer! I also like how Marvel is clearly trying to address any criticism of the last trailer showing Carol punching an elderly woman without context.
