Italian football club Juventus may sign Aaron Ramsey for €7 million per year contract, say reports.

Aaron Ramsey could leave Arsenal this month rather than at the end of the season when his contract expires, with Juventus holding a player who Unai Emery is believed to be keen to add to his squad.

Juventus have emerged as one of the leading contenders to sign the Arsenal star on a free transfer in the 2019 summer transfer window to improve their options in the middle of the park.

Speaking in a press conference posted on the club's official website, Emery was asked about Juventus' interest in Ramsey.

This season, Ramsey has three goals to go along with six assists in 24 apperances across all competitions for The Gunners.

According to a UK Metro report, the midfielder has signed a pre-contract agreement with the Turin outfit ahead of his summer move. I was stunned. It took him nine months to get back, but the experience helped forge his character.

The 28-year-old is out of contract in June and from January 1, the Welsh worldwide has been able to negotiate with clubs and can sign a pre-contract.

Juve could well turn down that proposal as they still see the Moroccan global as a useful squad player, but it does appear to be a given that Ramsey will be heading to Turin and become the club's third highest-paid player after Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala.

The very fact that Ramsey started this cup tie against League One Blackpool highlighted his standing in the pecking order under Emery. But I want him in the present with us.

In fact, there's a chance that Ramsey could even join Juventus right now during the current month.

Arsenal are now leading the hunt for Suarez, who has previously played under Unai Emery at Sevilla.
